As a team, we effectively utilize LuPaul Total Quality Systems (LTQS) to produce quality parts every time.

Engineering and Tool Room Staff work closely to bring your parts designs from print to reality. LuPaul's ingenuity and experience in die design and expertise in utilizing state-of-the-art equipment creates and maintains tooling to meet our customers' requirements.

Quality is designed in from project inception (FMEA) and is controlled through the tooling and stamping processes to the packaging of your parts. In order to ensure meeting your requirements, we utilize statistical process control (SPC) along with your packaging, labeling, and shipping instructions.

Production at LuPaul Industries encompasses a vast spectrum of manufacturing processes including small secondary presses, large automatic presses, an abrasive waterjet machine, and state-of-the-art CNC wire forming. As a company, we ensure that each of the millions of parts manufactured throughout the various processes meets or exceeds our customers' expectations.
